I hold a Master’s degree in Italian with concentration in translation studies. I have several years of experience in translation from Italian and English to Danish and, furthermore, I have teaching experience with Italian as a second language. Over the years I have lived, worked and studied in Bologna, Rome and Palermo.
Working with languages means working with different cultures, and I always bear in mind to pay close attention to these differences. Depending on the genre (fiction, non-fiction, adverts etc.) the translation needs to be adjusted in a way so it has the biggest impact on the target group. This can be done in a variety of ways, but it will always be done according to your desires.
